Omega Civata was founded in Istanbul in 2003. It started production with 12 machines and, with investments, has reached an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons or 400 million units with 85 machines in a 10,000 m2 area in Dilovası, Kocaeli. Investments continue to provide our customers with faster and higher quality products. Our company, which produces using the cold forming method on multi-station machines, has production limits between M3x6 and M20x200. Our product range includes Taptite® and Remform® licensed products, bolts, screws, rivets, pins, bushings, studs, etc. Our company, which produces standard and custom parts according to customer requests, uses raw materials such as steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel (AISI 304/316), brass, aluminum, and copper. Omega Civata operates in accordance with the IATF 16949 Automotive Quality System Standard to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
